Yes, it is worth the investment. When the doll arrived, factory box had no visual damage and doll was protected extremely well inside it. Under the actual cardboard box, all sides were covered with 3cm thick foam and that was padded with really soft cloth. Her hands and feet had some extra protection and head was secured between her legs as usually. There was also extra foam triangle between her legs so they couldn’t really move anywhere during the shipment.
